Liaising with the manufacturing and sales teams, your role will be to effectively manage the order fulfilment process to customers in New Zealand, Pacific Islands and Hong Kong.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Pro-actively manage the order fulfilment process to ensure customer requirements are fully met.

  • Analyse, coordinate and communication of customer order actions (new orders, tracking orders, overdue orders, changes and cancellations, customer feedback and warranties / credits.)

  • Coordination of dispatch, exporting and logistics to find the best outcome for customers’ experience

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure an outstanding experience every time.

  • Interact and execute with excellence the communication between internal and external stakeholders (customers, other departments, suppliers, freight partners and contractors.)

  • Keep up to date with the company’s products.

  • Ensure outputs that do not conform to the customers’ requirements are identified and controlled to prevent unintended delivery and to raise non-conformities when identified.
