Our client, a long-standing leader in the Property Development and Building space, are seeking a motivated HR Consultant to join their well-established team in Melbourne's Eastern suburbs. This company has a very comfortable work environment, friendly team members with a strong sales culture.
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, this role is focused on generalist Recruitment/Talent Acquisition for the business. This role requires you to be based in their modern offices 4 to 5 days per the week to conduct interviews and attend face to face meetings. Ocassionally you will be required to conduct interviews off-site and meet with internal stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous recruitment experience in agency or inhouse
Understand behavourial interviewing methodologies
A professional and innovative approach to delivering talent attraction strategies
A strong work ethic, resilience, energetic and a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills both face to face written and verbal
Well-developed time management and organisational skills
