Our client is a publicly listed, clean conversion company with exclusive worldwide patents that converts waste into sustainable, clean energy and high value raw materials. The organisation has spent the past eight years developing its unique waste conversion technologies, and is now on the cusp of delivering large scale commercial solutions, and is poised for significant growth.
Today they are seeking to appoint a part time HR Manager/Contractor for their 24/7 manufacturing operation, to take on an estimated work from home three month contract.
Your key responsibilities will include
To identify, upgrade and embed best practice HR infrastructure (policies and practices) driving consistency of systems and processes, safety practices and compliance
Developing practices that support people engagement and development,
Reviewing their established enterprise agreements,
Reviewing/establishing labour hire contracting and compliance protocols, identifying opportunities for improvement.
In partnership with the CEO, you will be tasked with identifying the gaps, crafting the changes and then playing a lead role in embedding of those changes.
This is a great opportunity to work in collaboration with an inspirational CEO and establish a best practice HR services unit. Post this contract there is also an opportunity for your to consult back in as their trusted HR advisor.
