Their culture is inclusive and highly engaging, and they are all very proud of their positioning as a leading provider of trenchless pipeline solutions, specialising in the Stormwater, Water, Wastewater and Culvert sectors.
As a consequence of growth, they are seeking to appoint a project engineer/coordinator to support their project teams in ensuring the front end of each of their projects lifecycle (pre construction phase) are well established to support a seamless and effective project management program.
Reporting to the Operations Executive, you will enjoy full accountability/responsibility for the front end establishment/contract administration function of infrastructure projects including flow plans. You will also have the opportunity to facilitate environmental site walks, enabling you to also enjoy productive /valuable site time as part of your contract.

Key responsibilities will include:
Front loading of all New Project Contracts, this includes ensuring correct documentation has been provided and correct approvals obtained.
Updating and ensuring accuracy of all Monthly spreadsheets.
Monthly Invoicing, including collation of required supporting documentation.
Completion of contract variations.
Resolving all accounts receivable issues and disputes.
Raise all required credit notes
Generate Service linked order numbers for the project Ops team.
Assist the other members of the projects team when required.
Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline is preferable
Proven record as a Site/Contracts Administrator/Junior Project Manager or similar
Immediate availability
Minimum 12 months experience
High degree of motivation and energy
A preference for working in an extremely fast paced environment where flexibility and adaptability are key
