This ASX 100 market leader in waste management is seeking to appoint a Human Resources Business Partner for a 6 month FTC in Eastern Creek NSW.  The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is to join a national HR team and be responsible for providing expert human resources support, advice and outcomes aligned with our Clients values and operational requirements. Reporting to a Senior HRBP, you will be empowered to partner with this Business Units Operational Leadership Team, Managers and Employees, providing your HR expertise along with taking a lead roles in various HR projects as you support this highly successful national business unit. 
Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • This role will see you working as a key people advisor to your internal client groups. You will coach and influence your stakeholders around all HR matters and including role design, recruitment, talent management, succession planning, culture, and coaching/developing managers and employees 

  • Provide strategic HR & IR advice, improve business practices, lead change management projects and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies 

  • Facilitate investigations/incident management, disciplinary, termination and redundancy processes 

  • Creating a high-performance organisational culture in which accountability, teamwork, and transparency are key values 

  • Be part of a large National HR team who are committed and focused on enabling the people of our business
