Our client based in Cotton Tree are bringing their professional business advisory services to the region and are seeking to appoint a proactive Customer Engagement and Admin Support Coordinator. 


You will enjoy full accountability for delivering an exceptional customer service experience. With strong administration, and coordination skills - where no task is too small, whilst also enjoying the opportunity to juggle a variety of tasks to keep you challenged!   



Key responsibilities will include:  

  • Act as the first point of contact for all phone calls and customers, ensuring a welcoming and engaging first impression. 

  • Campaign and event planning and management   

  • Proactively supporting all types of marketing and sales campaigns as needed 

  • Coordinating catering  

  • Pro-actively provide essential office and administrative support  

  • Proactively assisting the MD as required with your superior administrating and coordinating skills 

  • Ensure high levels of internal processes, communication and data integrity are maintained.
