We now have a unique opportunity for an experienced generalist or specialist recruitment professional, a seasoned business manager, or anyone with strong people skills and sales experience who is keen to learn the art and science of quality recruitment. Initial and ongoing training and professional development will be provided as required based on your experience and needs.
You will manage recruitment assignments from inception to completion including assignment specification, advertising strategy and copy, search strategy and approach, candidate screening, interviewing and reports, reference checking, offer management, placement and follow up. You will also be encouraged to engage in business development and networking activities to generate new business.
