Responsible for delivering optimal levels of customer service performance and best practice process application that exists within A&G’s Assessing and repair network. To work collaboratively with the assessors on site, interstate teams and additional employees/managers/stakeholders (including repairers and towing companies) to ensure delivery of the Assessing Operations core Value Proposition, and customer service needs.
Key responsibilities will include:
Building rapport to understand our customers and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Support cohesive IAC, Statewide and National initiatives and workload sharing/ balancing of customer service standards
Keeping accurate records of customer interactions
Effective & proactive management of towing activity & associated towing & storage costs business
Answering inbound or making outbound phone calls
Providing product information to customers
Troubleshooting issues and answering any queries
Working with call centre KPIs
