This is an exciting opportunity to successfully contribute to the growth of market share by improving top of mind awareness through the development and proactive delivery of a targeted and segmented sales plan.  This proactive segmented sales activity will better support you in identifying and securing new business opportunities for your team to service. 

Key responsibilities will include 

  • Driving sales growth across your designated region  

  • Delivering sales growth through your own proactive pipeline development and management or by converting the opportunities presented by referrals and inbound equiries 

  • Demonstrated experience in farming accounts to identify and maximise on all opportunities as service partner, actively collaborating with your team

  • B2B sales success typically pitching to business owners, procurement and key stakehoders of SME’s  across different industry verticals utilising a consultative and engaging approach for any form of service solution

  • Stakeholder engagement and management

  • Taking responsibility for your own call cycle and portfolio management to maximise on your success

  • The development and management of a segmented and regional sales plan to maximise on productivity and outcomes, and of course your earning potential

  • Operating with a high level of customer centricity and commercial acumen

  • Sales activity reporting 

  • Tender writing (in collaboration with a very talented Marketing Manager and relevant internal key stakeholders)

  • You becoming a subject matter expert on their premium services and the becoming the go to preferred for referral responses
