As an inbound B2C Sales Consultant this is an opportunity to work in a dynamic contact centre environment, where you will be taking inbound enquiries as a key member of their highly regarded and well trained sales team. 

Key responsibilities will include: 

  • Embrace the training to become a subject matter expert – including compliance

  • Conducting needs analysis through effective questions and providing the most suitable products to customers. 

  • Create value by highlighting features and benefits, unique services and diversified product options. 

  • Objection handling 

  • Building rapport to understand our customers and ensuring a positive customer experience. 

  • Providing complete and accurate information to our customers by following compliance guidelines
