Our customer is a global market leader and have been redefining the industry with their leading-edge technology and customer centricity, whilst servicing their global blue chip customer base.
Today they are seeking to appoint 2 x Customer Centric Pre-Sales Consultants within in hybrid role of working 2 days from home and 3 days out of their Dandenong South office, responding to inbound enquiries (both web and phone based) in a timely and highly customer engaging manner.
Key responsibilities include:
Responding to inbound customer enquiries (B2C & B2B) – both inbound calls and web-based enquiries across Australia and New Zealand in a timely manner.
Scoping the enquiry and then scheduling the appropriate ‘in home removalist consultant’ that best meets their needs.
Demonstrating sound customer service skills
Excellent listening and communication skills
Prepare and send quotes as requested.
Ensuring compliance to all systems and processes to maximise on the customer experience and operational efficiencies.
