Our client is an ASX 100 iconic market leader, and today they are seeking to appoint a dedicated and talented Senior HR Business Partner to support their Solid Waste Services business units in Victoria.
Key responsibilities will include:
Proactively supporting this high performing state based business unit (1000+ FTE & $600m+ turnover), as you lead a dedicated HR team. Your direct reports include: HR Partner + HR Officer + Talent Acquisition Officer + 2 x Training Academy Managers and a dotted line report: HR Coordinator)
Providing day to day HR and IR expertise and support to the Leadership Team, Managers and Employees
Manage HR and ER|IR related activities such as coaching/developing managers and employees for performance, role design, recruitment, succession planning and employee engagement initiatives
Liaising/negotiating with external stakeholders including unions
Facilitate investigations, disciplinary and termination and processes
Lead sustainable Enterprise Agreement strategies and plans along with negotiations
Support the optimisation of labour and be comfortable dealing with key productivity metrics
Drive diversity & inclusion initiatives and employee experience
