MOTOR REPAIR & PROCUREMENT NETWORK MANAGER

They are currently seeking to appoint a Motor Repair Network Manager for the NSW/ACT region to manage the motor repair supply chain and lead a high performing team. You will be accountable for delivering optimum cost, quality and repair time outcomes, whilst maintaining exceptional customer service and leading the design and execution of effective control systems. Working closely with the procurement and motor assessing teams, you will provide strategic oversight and management across the full supplier lifecycle, using data and reporting tools to manage service provider performance and compliance.

Reporting to the National Network Manager, and with up to 6 direct reports, this position will be based in the southern Sydney area.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving performance of the motor repair network by delivering optimal cost, quality and timeliness outcomes;

  • Sourcing and management of supply chain delivery and procurement management;

  • Developing and executing the operational plan that supports divisional strategic objectives;

  • Maintaining exceptional customer service, satisfaction and experience across the motor repair network;

  • Managing effective supplier relationships across the motor repair network;

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements and industry codes;

  • Maintaining strong engagement across all levels of the leadership team from frontline to claims operations;

  • Supporting the commercial and supply functions to source, maintain, develop and support relationships with external partners;

  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across people, processes and technology;

  • Leading and managing a team of motor assessors, driving improved productivity and capability;

  • Assessing external market influences and innovation to ensure the business is competitive and the supply chain remains relevant.
