Today CCIQ are seeking to engage a dynamic, innovative, commercially astute, qualified and experienced professional to the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), to build on their previous CEO’s work, supporting strong stakeholder frameworks encompassing members, corporate partners, government and staff.
Key responsibilities will include
Transitioning well established relationships, creating new partnerships, leveraging this organisation considerable influence in advocating for transformational Government policies,
Achieving measurable outcomes for stakeholders, demonstrating clear value to all Queensland businesses and their communities through products and services aligned to those priorities.
Championing of the increasing need for the Queensland economy to be more resilient, diversified and competitive, through a more transformational, sustainability led policy & advocacy approach.
Steering the leveraging of this organisations considerable influence in advocating for transformational Government policies that will achieve measurable outcomes & reinforce relevance to their stakeholders
Demonstrating clear value to all Queensland business and their communities through products and services aligned to those transformational policy priorities
Whilst being accountable to the Board of Directors, you will also be responsible for directing and providing leadership for the overall operations of the organisation to drive change and encourage a culture of innovation, empowerment, collaboration and continuous improvement
Leading the implementation of its vision and strategic priorities.
Driving a member focused culture as well as managing relationships with various external stakeholders to ensure the organisation’s objectives are met.
The provision of inspired leadership to their executive team, establishing a great working relationship with the board of directors, and setting the course for company strategy.
Consistent with strategic plan & Board Policies, lead the organisations execution to track and deliver nominated measurable objectives
Full financial accountability, including Revenue, Reporting and Compliance
Representation and Stakeholder Management, including actively engaging with the highest levels of govt
