The successful Membership Consultant will be an engaging and passionate customer centric sales consultant, eager to take full accountability for their own performance and the member experience, you will be motivated by success and be excited about this great career opportunity – all whilst enjoying a brand-new beautiful purpose-built CBD office.
Key responsibilities will include:
On-Board new members and manage the membership renewal process
Customer/member retention activities
Following up on inbound leads that have been generated through marketing campaigns.
Respond to customer queries in a timely manner
Maintenance of CRM databases and customer records
Increase member retention through data analysis and outbound engagement activities
Liaise with Sales and Marketing to continually review and improve membership communications and the customer experience
Contact members through outbound calls through various stages of the membership lifecycle
Liaise with internal departments regarding membership processes, billing, retention and sales
