MOVE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT - GOVERNMENT

ACT based | $65,000 - $70,000 + super + parking

This is a case management type role, where you are overseeing/project managing the successful relocation of Government employees to anywhere into or out of Australia or New Zealand from or to anywhere around the globe and delivering to them a range of services to support a seamless international relocation experience. 

Key responsibilities include 

  • Coordinating International and/or Domestic relocations for high profile Government Clients, Defence Officials or Diplomats 

  • Compliance management, as you deliver to each customer services in line with their organisations contracted SLA’s 

  • Capture and collate data required to report to client on payments, expenditure and defined key performance indicators 

  • Working with multiple third-party providers and internal experts on your customers behalf to ensure all relevant documentation is identified, completed and lodged to support a seamless relocation experience for every customer 

  • Coordinating the logistical collection and delivery of their personal effects as they arrive in the country, (including managing all components of customs requirements, documentation presentation etc.), and the seamless coordination of all contracted relocation services into both Australia and New Zealand (via your relocation teams) 

  • Perform Budget Planning and Costing Estimates if required. This involves coordinating third party quotations.

  • Coordinating the export documentation and services for your customers travelling outside of Australia & New Zealand
