This is a case management type role, where you are overseeing/project managing the successful relocation of your customers employees to anywhere in Australia or New Zealand from anywhere around the globe and delivering to them a range of services to support a seamless international relocation experience.

Key responsibilities include

  • End to end case management – as you hold the hand of your assignees through the relocation process, operating as ‘their go to person for everything to do with relocation’

  • Compliance management, as you deliver to each customer services in line with their organisations contracted SLA’s

  • Working with multiple third-party providers and internal experts on your customers behalf to ensure all relevant documentation is identified, completed and lodged to support a seamless relocation experience for every customer.

  • Coordinating the logistical collection and delivery of their personal effects as they arrive in the country, (including managing all components of customs requirements, documentation presentation etc), and the seamless coordination of all contracted relocation services into both Australia and New Zealand (via your relocation teams)
