Our client is an ASX100 market leader in environmental services who is seeking to appoint a Human Resources Transformation Partner to assist with integration work across one business unit which has acquired two local businesses.

Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be working closely with the Branch Manager, Operational Managers, Supervisors and frontline staff to ensure that the 110 employees are integrated successfully and meet alignment. This will involve driving the whole engagement and process, making sure all T&Cs are compliant. As well as:

  • Analysing remunerations and role descriptions

  • Writing new role descriptions

  • Aligning remunerations with parent company

  • Arranging new contracts

  • Uploading all details into payroll system (Kronos)

  • Action onboard tasks as needed

  • Keep stakeholders informed by communicating process updates

This role will suit a HR professional that thrives in transformation change management, that has experience with acquisitions and mergers. To be successful you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Management or similar

  • Experience with HRBP duties

  • Experience in IR functions

  • Great communication skills with the ability to talk to all levels

  • High integrity and work ethics

  • Not afraid to be hands-on and get the work done!
