By leveraging off a unique, proprietary approach, they are able to help both experienced tradespeople get their experience recognised on the way to becoming license-ready (RPL), as well as delivering accredited qualifications for those starting out in their trade career (Apprenticeships).

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Take full accountability for operational performance of the business – including people (CX & internal), performance and profitability

  • Leverage off your RTO Operational leadership experience to maximise on the operational performance and engagement of your people and your customers

  • Support/nurture a culture of continuous improvement: capability, process, systems and structure to improve predictability and efficiency

  • Be fully accountable for managing/maintaining compliance to all regulatory, legislative and contractual requirements applicable to the accredited training industry

  • Ensure policies and practices align with best practice including WH&S
