Our client is a trusted provider of insurance solutions, representing 11 competing and well known and respected insurance brands to their customers to ensure the best insurance solutions are identified for them every time.  

Today they are seeking to appoint a team of talented consultants to follow up online customer enquiries,  provide them with an exceptional customer experience as they use sound questioning techniques to identify their needs and then present the best solution to meet those needs.  This role comes with a plethora of training – they are sales and service experts and they love the opportunity to take those who have aspirations of a career in sales on a great paid learning journey.  

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Building rapport to understand our customers and ensuring a positive customer experience.  

  • Converting customer enquiries to make a purchase decision for their health insurance

  • Working to contact centre KPIs 

  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions

  • Making outbound calls to customers enquiring on health insurance products (up to 15 per day)

  • Providing product information to customers

  • Troubleshooting issues and answering any querie
