Our customer provides comprehensive relocation solutions for consumers, corporations and their employees in more than 175 countries around the world. They are a global market leader and have been redefining the industry with their leading-edge technology and customer centricity, whilst servicing their global blue chip customer base.

Today they are seeking to appoint a 2 x Customer Service Consultant (1 x 6th month contract 1 x 12th month contract) to work out of their Dandenong South office, responding to inbound enquiries (both web and phone based) in a timely and highly customer engaging manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to inbound customer enquiries (B2C & B2B) – both inbound calls and web based enquiries across Australia and New Zealand in a timely manner.

  • Scoping the enquiry and then scheduling the appropriate ‘in home removalist consultant’ that best meets their needs.

  • Demonstrating sound customer service skills

  • Excellent listening and communication skills

  • Prepare and send quotes as requested.

  • Ensuring compliance to all systems and processes to maximise on the customer experience and operational efficiencies.
