Working as a valued team member your role will be to respond to customer enquiries, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner - predominantly by phone but also via email and the web at times.
Key responsibilities will include:
Working a rotational shift roster - Monday to Friday, anywhere between 7:00am and 7:00pm
Responding to customer queries and demonstrating a genuine willingness to provide exceptional customer service
Providing resolutions for general enquiries, on-line orders, products and service
Using excellent questioning and listening skills to seamlessly engage with customers to identify how to best assist them
Demonstrating a high attention to detail
Delivering to set targets and KPIs
Ensuring compliance to systems, policies and processes to maximise customers' experiences and operational efficiencies
Administration duties as required
