 As the NSW Sales Manager, Key Accounts you will have the unique opportunity to lead a highly engaged and inspirational Key Account Management team of 7 Account Managers. 

You will be responsible for the management and mentoring of this key team, delivering a single point account management contact for all major accounts of this specialist business unit across the region. 

Key responsibilities will include: 

  • Leading your small and highly effective account management team, encompassing both inside sales and field sales professionals

  • Nurturing this highly engaged and high performing team

  • You will be the one with all the answers – you will be a solution looking for a problem!  This role will expect you to break down internal/external problems/challenges and steer the various stakeholders towards effective solutions. 

  • Full customer account management of client revenue, retention and profitability for all of the products and services this ASX100 specialist business unit brings market

  • Customer experience and customer satisfaction, ensuring product/service delivery is executed with operational excellence, and credit performance.

  • Navigating through complexity – including experience engaging with multiple decision makers on the client side

  • Hands on Account Management of the major accounts to identify organic growth opportunities (X-Sell and Upsell)

  • Proactively out with your team visiting customers and providing side by side coaching to them, as part of their professional development
