STATE SALES MANAGER - KEY ACCOUNTS
Syd based | $160,000 package + 20% STI opp
As the NSW Sales Manager, Key Accounts you will have the unique opportunity to lead a highly engaged and inspirational Key Account Management team of 7 Account Managers.
You will be responsible for the management and mentoring of this key team, delivering a single point account management contact for all major accounts of this specialist business unit across the region.
Key responsibilities will include:
Leading your small and highly effective account management team, encompassing both inside sales and field sales professionals
Nurturing this highly engaged and high performing team
You will be the one with all the answers – you will be a solution looking for a problem! This role will expect you to break down internal/external problems/challenges and steer the various stakeholders towards effective solutions.
Full customer account management of client revenue, retention and profitability for all of the products and services this ASX100 specialist business unit brings market
Customer experience and customer satisfaction, ensuring product/service delivery is executed with operational excellence, and credit performance.
Navigating through complexity – including experience engaging with multiple decision makers on the client side
Hands on Account Management of the major accounts to identify organic growth opportunities (X-Sell and Upsell)
Proactively out with your team visiting customers and providing side by side coaching to them, as part of their professional development
