Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, the position is a fast-paced role, responsible for supporting the administration of a large and complex payroll function. 

This full-time role commences immediately.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Operating as the first point of contact for Payroll enquiries

  • Support the Payroll Department in achieving the desired results in all aspects of producing an accurate fortnightly and monthly payroll

  • Processing and data entry of timesheets

  • Provide assistance and support on key department activities, initiatives and projects

  • Ensuring first call resolution is a focus to deliver ‘best practice’ outcomes to all internal and external stakeholders

  • Responding to enquiries in a professional and courteous manner

  • Maintain company payroll records in an accurate and high level of confidentiality

  • Assist Kronos team with time clock maintenance and queries

  • Remaining calm through any problem-solving activities and managing communication well

  • Compiling reports for the payroll team and line managers

  • Confident in Excel and Kronos is not essential but highly regarded
