Key responsibilities will include:
Leveraging your vibrant personality in this high paced environment, to develop successful team members
Facilitation of new hire induction, initial training and initial production support
Predominantly classroom training (with virtual training experience an advantage but not essential)
People leadership of new hires during their initial 6 week training
Instilling a customer focused sales methodology
Developing a culture of quality outcomes for customers
Retention of skilled and competent new hires
Develop team members to achieve proficiency during training
Administration of training materials and reporting
