Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leveraging your vibrant personality in this high paced environment, to develop successful team members

  • Facilitation of new hire induction, initial training and initial production support

  • Predominantly classroom training (with virtual training experience an advantage but not essential)

  • People leadership of new hires during their initial 6 week training 

  • Instilling a customer focused sales methodology

  • Developing a culture of quality outcomes for customers

  • Retention of skilled and competent new hires

  • Develop team members to achieve proficiency during training 

  • Administration of training materials and reporting
