Today they are seeking to appoint an agile and talented Project Manager, with experience across complex technology, data, digital and member loyalty projects. You will be able to demonstrate robust experience in successfully delivering change across people, processes and technology. You will support transformational changes, delivering enhanced breach reporting and group complaints uplift to be compliant with RG271. 

 Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the delivery of large, complex projects by undertaking appropriate planning and delivery of complex projects with a business led approach (typically with direct business impact, complex dependencies and firm deadlines) using appropriate methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) ensuring that the expectations of project stakeholders are fully met.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, budgets, risk and issue registers and other project management artefacts.

  • Proactively identify, assess and consistently monitor and manage risks including interdependencies for the success of the project.

  • Ensure regular and accurate communication to stakeholders, consistent with the methods in use during the various phases of the project, flexing to the different needs of different stakeholders and partners.

  • Provide effective leadership, coaching and mentoring to the project team and take appropriate action if performance deviates, driving consistency across the project portfolio.

  • Partner with Change Managers to ensure that the Change Management framework compliments and supports member and business readiness and implementation, through the desired behaviours.

  • Operate with transparency in all interactions, documentation and presentations in line with the organisation’s values and behaviours.
