Melb based | $80k base + super + bonus = OTE $120k for experienced B2B

Today they are seeking to appoint an innovative Media Sales Consultant to play an integral and senior role in executing their customers’ engagement strategy.    

The purpose of the role is to maximise advertising revenue through specifically engaging and acquiring new Small to Medium size enterprise  (SME) customers with no prior connection to their customers organisation, and harbouring existing relationships between our client and their previous clients.   


You will act as a brand ambassador, representing, promoting and selling their Tier 1 Publishing client’s suite of print and digital advertising across their key news assets.    


Key responsibilities will include: 

  • Engaging with B2B decision makers/key stakeholders (including executive level managers and owners) and take them on the solutions sales journey to ignite a long-term relationship as their advertising partner 

  • Creating a campaign, by identifying clients' needs, researching competitors' advertising services, products, and prices, and responding to your potential clients’ enquiries. 

  • Applying your professional solutions sales skills to engage, listen and educate as you proactively promote bespoke premium advertising solutions   

  • Pipeline identification and management 

  • Delivering to targeted KPIs, your average sale sits between $5k and $11k with a requirement of only 3 sales per month to start earning uncapped bonuses 

  • CRM compliance – accurate record keeping is an important activity for this corporate
