Our client is an ASX100 market leader, seeking to appoint a HR Business Partner to assist with work in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.

With multiple offices located across the east coast, this role is flexible with where the successful candidate will be based.

Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be working closely with the HR team to help manage employee relations and complex industrial relations inquiries for blue and white collar workers.

In this role you will be:

  • Assisting managers with IR/ER inquiries, retention and recruitment

  • Providing performance management support and advice to line managers

  • Helping manage the supply of temporary workers and liaise with labour hire agencies

  • Identifying and coordinating labour hire needs and capacity with the agency panel

  • Supporting high-risk workers that deal with hazardous situations and high-pressure environments

  • Supporting with EA negotiations, reporting requirements and conducting investigations/ recommendations

The successful candidate will have experience in a blue collar or industrial industry, as well as: 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Management or similar

  • Experience with recruiting and managing labour hire workers

  • Experience with enterprise agreement negotiation (desirable)

  • Experience with investigations involving employees and Trade Unions 

  • Great communication (both written and verbal)

  • High integrity and work ethics
