A Leading Insurance Services Client is in need of a Business & Reporting Analyst with experience in providing data insights and reporting to their contact centre stakeholders.

As a reporting analyst, you will be responsible for the roll-out of data through an enterprise data warehouse and new BI tools. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining the reporting framework and the delivery of insights through data story telling.  You will be an innovative and analytical thinker, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions.

This is a permanent opportunity for a highly numeric and customer centric Business & Reporting Analyst, with demonstrated experience in data reporting using SQL, Excel Power Query, POWER BI or other visualisation tools. SQL is a must for this role.


  • Ability to create new reports as well as maintaining and supporting the production of existing reports

  • Identifying improvement opportunities and gaps in operational reporting suite – e.g.  identifying continued enhancement of solutions to support efficient digital and 'straight-through' capture of business-critical data

  • Work with internal Data warehousing and BI consultants to ensure design and construction of databases and data warehouse applications meet current and potential future business needs

  • Ensure ongoing data integrity and reporting data inconsistencies.

  • Extract and manipulate data for Analysis and presentation to stakeholders

  • Delivery of logical and insightful data stories - support the delivery of high-quality big data reporting and business analysis services to your key stakeholders across this large and multi-site financial services contact centre operation.
