PROCESS IMPROVEMENT ANALYST

This leading ASX 100 organisation, which provides environmental sustainable solutions across a range of industry sectors, is seeking to appoint an experienced business analyst, specifically with experience driving process improvement with payroll systems. The organisation has supported Australian businesses for over 50 years, delivering solutions that offer extraordinary benefits not only for their customers, but also for all Australian communities. With over 7,500 expert staff (white and blue collar) across more than 260 locations around Australia, the business has a substantial network of state-of-the-art facilities, and a focus on future environmental sustainability.
Key responsibilities will include:
Oversee maintenance of interfaces between multiple systems, including Preceda, Kronos, Fieldglass and JDE;
Manage and lead payroll system projects and implement acquisitions;
Liaise and verify with HR regarding new enterprise agreements (EA’s) and changes, and provide specialist advice on EA’s;
Identify and manage process improvement to enhance user experience for efficient processes for employers, internal customers and suppliers;
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in accordance with relevant industrial instruments, employment contracts and statutory reporting bodies.
