Working as a valued team member your role will be to respond to customer enquiries, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner - predominantly by phone but also via email and the web at times.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working a rotational shift roster - Monday to Friday, anywhere between 7:00am and 7:00pm

  • Responding to customer queries and demonstrating a genuine willingness to provide exceptional customer service

  • Providing resolutions for general enquiries, on-line orders, products and service

  • Using excellent questioning and listening skills to seamlessly engage with customers to identify how to best assist them

  • Demonstrating a high attention to detail

  • Ensuring compliance to systems, policies and processes to maximise customers' experiences and operational efficiencies

  • Administration duties as required

What you will bring to this role:

  • Extensive customer service experience (call centre, retail or hospitality)

  • Highly developed communication skills, both verbally and written

  • Demonstrated experience in identifying customers' needs, clarifying information and providing solutions and / or alternatives while complying with company policies and procedures

  • Demonstrated experience in resolving complex customer enquiries

  • A team player who establishes strong working relationships and collaborates with others to achieve goals

  • Ability to adapt to change in an ever-changing and fast paced environment

  • Empathy and respect

  • Ability to follow through on promises and commitments consistently and act upon feedback to improve behaviour, performance and results

  • Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly

  • A strong work ethic
