Our client is a trusted global insurance brand who are seeking to appoint a team of talented client-driven consultants to manage the efficient processing of incoming home claims calls.  They are excited to identify like-minded professionals who are interested in developing their contact centre careers.
As a Claims Consultant you will support the effective and efficient processing of incoming claims.  You will be the main point of contact for customers and provide exceptional standards of service by liaising with internal and external stakeholders to manage the end-to-end claims process.
Working in a dynamic contact centre environment, you will be taking inbound enquiries as a key member of this highly regarded and well-trained Claims and Assessment team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting the relevant legislative, regulatory and compliance requirements specific in providing advice on insurance products

  • Considering relevant factors and making accurate decisions for claim acceptance

  • Assisting clients throughout the claims process, setting realistic expectations and providing effective solutions

  • Building rapport to understand your customers and ensuring a positive customer experience 

  • Providing correct and timely advice to resolve customer queries

  • Providing complete and accurate information to your customers by following compliance guidelines

  • Managing personal portfolio of claims effectively, and assisting other team members when necessary
