Leading a team of 5, you will oversee the maintenance of the Kronos time and attendance system in line with short and long term operational requirements.
Reporting to the National Payroll Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Lead Kronos Configuration
Maintain payroll codes and allowances in line with Award and EA provisions and changes
Write, maintain and adjust pay rules in line with Award and EA provisions and changes
Maintain, write and monitor all interfaces between Preceda, Kronos and Fieldglass
Support and maintain the implementation of Kronos policies and procedures
Maintain activities within functional departmental budget
Deliver the highest standard in professional conduct, personal presentation and company image
Contribute to maintaining a respectful workplace for all employees
Provide clarity, ownership, accountability and empowerment for direct reporting lines and build the team through talent identification, attraction and succession planning
Lead the Kronos Team to ensure accuracy, efficiency and high levels of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Ensure all sites are adhering to the company’s policies and procedures
