Seeking an energetic Business Development Manager with RTO experience to support, maintain and grow revenue in this successful, market leader in trade training for students in Australia and overseas.
Our client is an Australian Leading RTO and with campuses in both Perth and Brisbane, they bring to market a specialist Trade-Training portfolio.
This portfolio consists of two organisations that are both recognised training Specialists to the Building and Construction Industry, offering quality Apprenticeships and RPL, to both national and international markets.
We are excited to say that they are in fact in growth, as a result of their quality service delivery, coupled with a very clear focus on Building and Construction training.
By leveraging off a unique, proprietary approach, they are able to help both experienced tradespeople get their experience recognised on the way to becoming license-ready (RPL), as well as delivering accredited qualifications for those starting out in their trade career (Apprenticeships).
This market leading RTO enjoys a high-profile brand in their space, proud of the fact that their qualifications are sought after by employers in both the residential and commercial building sectors, which is constantly validated through their industry-leading student and employer satisfaction and referral rates. Your role will report to the State Sales Manager.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with students, employers and relevant industry partners
Promote the education products portfolio with sales and marketing activities focused on enrolment targets
Convert new leads to accelerate and grow revenue for the business
Management of Sales target forecasts, ensuring KPI’s are met
Grow revenue by focussing on outbound prospecting and leveraging on existing accounts
Provide feedback on market trends for continuous improvement and improved customer experience and attend industry events and conferences
Submit weekly progress reports and manage data capturing and sales in CRM
Develop networks to build and grow brand awareness for the business and attract students, both domestic and international
Comply with all company policies, procedures, workplace practices including workplace health and safety
