In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional levels of customer service to provide a memorable service experience to all customers. This will include responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and chat.
Being the first point of contact, you will:
Provide general advice and assistance to customers and partners regarding insurance policy activation, coverage, administration and new and/or existing claims
Manage all general enquiries and effectively resolve complaints
Meet individual and team performance goals, including quality expectations
Maintain accurate records of calls received
Participate in quality improvement activities
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to successfully demonstrate:
Previous customer service experience, within a contact centre environment
Experience working towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Being a strong team player who supports and respects others and strives to exceed expectations
Professional communicator who can connect with and assist customers in difficult situations
Strong ability to develop workable solutions to problems and work autonomously with a customer centric approach
Ability to deliver a great customer experience within a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment with a positive can-do attitude
Flexibility with rosters with rotational shifts falling between 7:00am to 7:00pm, Monday to Friday and 8:00am to 4:00pm on Saturdays. This is only a five-day work week. You will be given a day off during the week if you are rostered to work on the weekend.
