Our client represents a prominent international Advisory and Accounting firm, primarily operating within Australia. Recognised in the upper echelons of Business Advisory, Accounting, and Assurance, they maintain a substantial presence with numerous locations both internationally and domestically.
As an integral contributor within a compact and agile team, you will excel in utilising your abilities for critical assessment and analytical prowess, deriving meaningful understandings from a range of data, both financial and non-financial.
They're now looking for someone to support the Forensic Principal to oversee the team whilst advancing your career by gaining exposure to a diverse range of commercial litigation, family law, estate disputes and insurance litigation matters.
Key responsibilities :
Engaging in assessments pertaining to legal disputes involving values and quantification of damages within business litigation and insurance scenarios
Crafting valuations and models for economic losses across a range of enterprises.
Undertaking thorough exploration and examination of diverse corporate, sector, and economic information.
Formulating all-encompassing documents, encompassing the interpretation of financial particulars and delineation of calculation approaches.
Requirements :
A relevant degree qualification, along with CA or CPA qualifications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure effective interactions.
Strong organisational abilities and the ability to independently manage projects to meet deadlines.
An inclination towards building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and referrers.
Adaptability in handling shifting or competing client deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel and Word, as well as accounting software like Xero and MYOB.
