Our client is an international challenger brand who has experienced a min 20% growth year on year for the past 5 years. They currently have a vacancy for an experienced Program Manager with exceptional stakeholder engagement, management and coordination skills to manage and deliver our client’s multi-facility customer service centres.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial, the Program Manager will support the leadership team, Claims & Assessing team, working with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate, manage, influence and support the team and the broader stakeholder group. This should all be done whilst ensuring they maintain a focus on delivering exceptional service to our internal and external customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Applying departmental change and delivery processes, manage delivery of system, process and/or cultural changes ensuring:

  • Each initiative has a clearly defined scope, including objectives and quality outcomes.

  • Ensuring the Program deliverables meet the established goals and objectives

  • Initiate documentation as per departmental templates

  • Proactive, timely and transparent communication to stakeholders at all levels with effective escalation management to ensure a sense of urgency in delivery is maintained.

  • Managing the work output and coaching any resources allocated to the program.

  • Change management to fully engage teams potentially impacted by, or impacting a change, including impact assessment, facilitation of development of knowledge transfer content and embedding of the changes.

  • Ongoing monitoring of changes post implementation to ensure they are successful and benefits realisation is optimised.  Where necessary, facilitate any fixes or additional enhancements that may be required

  • Post implementation reviews that measure outcomes against objectives and disseminate any key learning’s across the organisation

  • Provision of advice, assistance in managing key processes and documentation to the leadership team.

  • Maintain sound knowledge of company processes, systems, products and brands
